South Costa del Sol properties
Villas Costa del Sol located on the South-Side of the island in-between Chankanaab
National Park and Paradise Beach is an intimate setting of 26 single family homes nestled in a peaceful beachfront community. It is truly an island paradise with over 400 feet of secluded beach, a sparkling beachfront Infinity pool that really does look like it melts into the sea, and warm sparkling water just steps away from your villa. There is even a 135-foot pier for personalized dive, fishing, and snorkeling boat access. It couldn't be easier!

Residencias Reef Property:
Located in the South of the island where the beach stretches for miles. Approximately 6 miles south of the Ferry Pier, next door to Paradise and San Francisco Beaches and approximately 3 miles from Chankanaab National Marine Park. Renting a vehicle is necessary if you plan to see the island and go in and out of town for dinners etc.

North Peninsula Grand
and Miramar Condominiums:
Both sites are located north of the ferry pier within 2-3 miles of the buzzing town center. These locations are on the north side of the island, within walking distance on the ocean road to the town center, far enough away for peace and quiet. Taxi’s are also easily accessible with reasonable rates in and out of town. For some a car may be necessary.
